Feeling happy!

I thought I would do a little chatty post today; everybody needs them once in a while. It's the last day of blogging every day in March today and I have loved every minute. At the start of the month I was so organised, having about 8 posts ready to publish and then came the days where I was cramming in a new post at 11pm ready for the next day. In the past month I've gained some lovely people following me and had some sweet comments on my posts. I have been taking part in the #bbloggers chat on a Sunday night and spoke to lots of helpful lovely people that have been nothing but supportive. As well as gaining new followers, I have also found new blogs to follow, so I would really recommend taking part in the Twitter chats. Normally I'm not too good at keeping up with challenges and setting myself things to do each day but this is one of the rare occasions that I have stuck to something. Go me!
If you saw my March Challenge blog post at the end of February, you would have seen I also set myself the challenge of getting a little bit fitter, shall we just say I failed very much so doing this. I think I got to day 8 and then no fitness for me. Did I mention I'm not too good at challenging myself?

One Direction are making me very happy right now, I have a little obsession with the songs I Would and Story of my Life, a little bit too much of a obsession. But they make me happy. All that matters to me. I think anyone should be able to listen to any type of music as long as it brings out well needed emotion.

I got a job! The biggest thing I have achieved in March, actually start my first day today. I now work for a clothing store which I'm so happy about as this is the kind of job I've been looking for the past two years so I'm so lucky to be given the opportunity to start something new. Thank you to my sister who put in a good word for me as I will be taking over her job now she has left there. Good luck to my sister in her new job. I think it definitely helps who you know to get a job these days now all the jobs are advertised on the internet and everybody is just a number. A personal recommendation makes so much more of an impact than a CV on a screen.

Blogs I Read.

I thought today I would share with you a few blogs that I have been reading at the moment and loving very much. I've never done one of these posts before and my sister gave me the idea so thought now would be a great time to share with you who's blogs I read and maybe you'll like them too and give them a follow. They are all so lovely so leave them nice comments.

Kariss at Shy Strange and a Little Bit Manic - Kariss's blog is a new one to me, but I love it. She posts on whatever she likes and I think her blog is really unique, posting about books, beauty and whatever she pleases. Really love it.
Fran at Fran Leanne - Another new blog I found which I thinks so cute and really worth a read is Fran's blog. Her posts are really great and I would recommend her blog to anyone.
Holly at What Holly Hearts - Holly's blog is beauty related, great for reviews and really great gift guides. Also another blog I have only recently discovered.
Natalie at Natalie Knows - Natalie is a really great beauty blogger and has such a lovely blog.
Mollie at Mollie Muses - Mollie Muses is an amazing blog and I really enjoy every one of Mollie's posts. I won a giveaway from her and she was so lovely and sweet about everything. Taking a little time off at the moment from blogging. But her blog is definitely worth a read and leave her cute comments.
Issy at Life and Times of a Student - Now all of Issy's posts I absolutely love, currently taking part in a challenge of blogging everyday so lucky me I get lots to read from her. She's really sweet and lovely and her posts make me laugh.
Amy at A Little Boat Sailing - How could I do this post and not mention my sister. Amy runs a great beauty blog with lots to read and she also takes pretty pictures.

Loving at the moment...

Motivation to blog.
I've been through so many phases of wanting to blog and then losing interest in a couple of weeks, I set myself the challenge of blogging every day in March and it's really made me love blogging again. I'm really hoping I don't lose interest after the challenge is over as I really do enjoy it. Having the #bbloggers chats on Twitter on Sundays is so great, get to talk to some lovely people and learn about other people's experiences about blogging.

Breaking Bad.
I've recently just got Netflix and started watching Breaking Bad (I know I'm so late watching it) Oh my god, how good is it. I'm in the middle of Season 2 now and I am addicted to it. I won't put in any spoilers but watch it!

Acoustic songs.
Now I suppose this isn't really a 'at the moment' type of thing I'm loving as acoustic music is always my favourite type of music. But I suppose more particular, I'm loving one YouTuber that does acoustic covers of Blink 182 songs. I love Blink 182 and to find someone that does a hell of a lot of covers of theirs, match made in heaven. I've known of him for over 6 months now but a song he covered recently drew in my attention again.

)

Spring.
Isn't it lovely out right now! The nice weathers coming and it makes everything seem just a little better. Makes blogging easier with the natural sunlight making your photo's look pretty. Still a little windy out but it's not technically spring yet so the weather is forgiven, for now. The wildlife is back and the flowers are coming out, everything just looks so much more alive. Just cannot wait for summer to come along now!
& Oliver's loving it too :)

March challenge.

Bringing back my blog with everyday in March having a brand new post for you. A blog post a day for every day in March, sounds like I can do that... Right?
I have nail art posts to show you, tags and other random bits and bobs. My aim for this - to start to talk to bloggers and make new friends. So you shall be hearing a lot from me in March, you'll be sick of me yabbering on.

Whilst completing the blogging challenge, I shall also be trying to take part in the Plank and Squat challenge. Which is 31 days of fitness to make your butt and thighs tighter but also to make my fitness levels just so much better before I start the gym again next month or so. I shall also be challenging myself to go for a fast walk or jog for half hour every day for the month. So good luck to me for all this!
I shall be documenting this onto my blogs for the day so if you'd like to hear about how I'm getting on, check out my posts for March.

2014 Personal goals...

Image from Google

Back in the Myspace days, I made a list of 100 personal goals for the year. Obviously being 13-15 they were very childish goals. But I thought I would make a new list for 2014 but only doing 30 goals & we'll see how I did at the end of the year. So my goals for 2014 are...

  1. Write at least one new blog post a week.

  4. Once joined, go to the gym at least once a week.
  5. Get a job.
  6. Start my driving lessons.
  7. Take more photos.
  8. Get down to my goal weight.

  21. Reach 200 followers on my blog.

Happy 2014

Every year we all like to think about our 'New Years Resolutions' and how we're all going to change our lives so much and whilst that is a nice thought, it rarely happens, especially in my case haha. This year I want to keep to my resolutions as they are not too unrealistic, so lets share my aspirations for this year.

  • Join the gym and keep a healthy balanced diet. Quite a common one I think for people, but I joined the gym in July this year and had to give it up in September due to money, but I really enjoyed going and would love to start it up again.
  • Try to keep to a schedule upload for my blog. I do enjoy blogging and I always come to a blank in my ideas to blog about. My mother brought me a diary for Christmas so I've wrote in there a few idea's of what I can blog about to keep me going for a few months. Thanks mom!

2013 Overview.

2013 has been such a strange and emotional year, really rubbish on the most part to be honest. Not much has gone the right way for any body I know. So as you can imagine this will be a very happy post haha, it will, i promise and this way you can get to know a little more about me too.

Near enough all of January I was very ill, I didn't leave my bed much let alone the house. I suppose the only good thing about being that ill at that time was not having to go out and brave all the snow we was having at the start of the year, not a great fan of snow... I met Ashley when I was working the December before & that January, we got together at the end of the month. He was there for me every day when I was ill and he made my days brighter just him being there. I was all better at the start of February and celebrated Valentines day in style, going for a meal and having lots of little presents, including my Union Jack Ipod case. I got back into the blogging spirit around the time of Red Nose Day and started gaining new followers. Thank you. After months of applying and looking for jobs, I finally got a temporary job in May, having my own money again and working with Ashley was a great time and I got my tattoo finished on my stomach.

The end of July was when everything seemed to fall apart, I lost my best friend and then felt lost myself. Luckily I had family and old friends to support me, I never have properly but I couldn't thank them enough for everything. I tried to pick myself up, getting out the house by being in touch with old friends that I hadn't seen for two years, joining the gym (even though it's been cancelled since, oops) and having my 21st birthday. Buying a Ukulele for my birthday probably wasn't a great idea as I haven't been on it since I realised if I want to play it, I need to cut my nails short... Just after my birthday I had the chance to get away for just under a week alone at my dads, I needed it. just that short time away.

End of August and things got a whole lot better for myself. I got my best friend back and I couldn't of been happier. Oliver (pussy cat) had a little accident, but he was fine, don't worry. I dyed my hair black and pink and just tried to be the happiest I can be since.

There's so many people that I could thank forever for the support and love they have gave me this year. So thank you! The past two years haven't been the best so I'm praying that 2014 will be a much better one, for myself, my family, my friends and all you guys.
Happy 2014!
