Women wearing men's clothing. Thoughts?

Hiii, me again :)

This post shall be a little different, as you may tell from the title, it's not going to be a cross dressing post... let me explain.
I need a new pair of trainers as I'm buying a bike soon in my desperate attempt to get more fit and well, the only trainers I have are not suitable for bike riding. I was looking around and finally found a pair of Adidas Samba's that I fell in love with. I went back to the shop a few weeks later to realise they were in the Junior section - what an idiot.
I asked around for Women's Samba's and no where had them in stock, I Googled them when I got home and to what I've found is that Adidas do not make Samba's for women. How annoying they make them for men, juniors and even babies, but not women.
Ohh, how sad :(

But to the point of this post, I went back into the shop and found the men's Samba's. I tried them on in my size and I do love them. I think they looked good and so did my boyfriend who was with me when I tried them on at the time.

My question, would you think they would look weird seeing a women wear men's trainers?
I don't think they look man-ish at all, what do you think?

Nail Polish Challenge. Weekend one - Favourite Nail Polish.

Hey!
So there's 32 weekends left of this year (including this weekend), can you believe that!!
I was going to do a challenge that I've seen a few bloggers starting lately, just to use polishes that they don't usually jump straight to and wear often. I Googled 'Nail polish challenge' and saw a few on the Images page of Google, so I thought I'd give one of these a go. The challenge is a 30 day challenge but I'll be doing it every weekend instead as I'm a little busy in the week.

I used to always have my nails painted but I've slacked so much doing them the past couple of months. Now, I shall be doing my nails every weekend, using a different polish each time and using some up which I wouldn't usually wear.

No doubt I'll buy more nail polishes before the end of the year, so every one I pick for the questions asked may change but that's life haha.

So the different titles for each weekend shall be...
1. Your favourite polish.
2. Your least favourite polish.
3. A polish that reminds you of happy things.
4. A polish that is 'so you'.
5. A polish that reminds you of a special day.
6. A polish you have never worn.
7. Most worn polish.
8. A polish that was a gift.
9. A polish that you used to hate, but now love.
10. A polish that you think is boring.
11. A polish from your favourite brand.
12. A polish from your least favourite brand.
13. Favourite blue polish.
14. A cheap polish.
15. A polish that has a name that describes my mood today.
16. A polish that you used to love, that now hate.
17. A polish you think is overrated.
18. A polish to wear at your wedding.
19. A polish that is easy to apply.
20. Favourite glitter polish.
21. Favourite pastel polish.
22. A polish that is hard to apply.
23. A sexy polish.
24. A new polish.
25. A polish that you don't think you can pull off.
26. A polish to match today's outfit.
27. Most unique polish you own.
28. Favourite pink polish.
29. Polish to match today's weather.
30. Your favourite polish - now!

Weekend one
My Favourite Nail Polish

My favourite polish has to be W7 - Green Envy. I absolutely love it, love the colour and the polish itself is so easy to apply. Two coats is enough, it doesn't chip easily and it comes off easy. All round great...
The picture for this is a little bit cheating as I've done a blog post on this before. But I'm sure you'll let me off just this once :)

Apologies!... Let me explain,

Hii Guys, long time no speak!
Hope you're all doing okay. So I haven't posted in a while but I have good valid reasons.

As you maybe know, if you are a regular reader. I'm job hunting at the moment and two/three weeks ago (a lot has happened so I've lost track of my days... don't you hate that!) I had two job offers come out the blue at once. One at my old job at Amazon and the other working in an office.

Both jobs was with two different agency's  after going to the Amazon agency, filling in paper work and going to do a drug and alcohol test (everyone was asked to do this, not just me...), then told my starting day I was really happy to be working again. The rang me and told me my starting day had been changed and they would contact me for further information. A week later, they left me a lovely voice mail to say Amazon cannot rehire me again. - Which I wasn't a happy bunny.

Second job opportunity at the office came along during that process with Amazon, now this one has been a bit of a roller coaster, first having to go to a employment program, filling out applications, doing a Health and Safety course and going to a group meeting. They then passed us over to the agency, which when we got there, there was too many people so they had to send some of us home. I had to be one of those people. Then going back another day to do more applications. Then not hearing off them for about a week, with me ringing every so often to see if they had any news on the job. I then got told all the vacancies had been filled, which obviously left me with no hope at all.
Monday just gone, I got a call out of the blue to tell me my application had been sent off to the business I was applying for. By the Wednesday I was told that my application had been successful and I was needed to go into the place of work for a half hour interview to meet the Manager.
I got a call about an hour after that to say I had finally got the job! Yay!!
So after all the rigmarole, I start work on Tuesday, doing nights. Which will be strange as I've never worked nights before.

So I am sorry for the lack of posts the past few weeks, and maybe for the next week or so. Need to get into a new sleeping pattern and get my body organised first, and then I'll be good to go blogging again.

Bank Holiday BBQ.

Hiii,
Another life post. I've had such a great bank holiday, I've had to share it with you all.
Now if you live in the UK you'll know it's been the hottest day of the year so far and we've made the most of it haven't we! It's been so nice & another great day tomorrow too.
I spent the whole day with Ashley outside enjoying the weather. Firstly spent the morning dying my hair since the last time I done it, it was February so as you can imagine, it needed doing. Badly.
Then spent lunch time having a BBQ and a few drinks with Ash, my Mother & my Nan which was so lovely.
We went for a walk to a woods I live by, so nice and peaceful over there. Wanted to take Ash there for a while now as I know he likes scenery & you do get a good view over there. We'll be going again tomorrow we enjoyed it a lot. Ash enjoyed it so much that he decided to go for a long jog there on the evening time. Which he got some lovely photo's of the sunset.
The days just been amazing & I've loved every moment of it.
So now it's bed time which will be fun. Two people in a single bed, 10 degree's out with sunburn. Wish us luck!
Few photo's of our day...
